September Campers, Meet the Max Body Blog…

Boot camp started today, but just in case you haven’t already, be sure and do the following…

  1. Clean all the junk out of your kitchen (chips, baked good, etc.)
  2. Get to the store and buy plenty of fruits and veggies.
  3. Buy them already cut or cut & store them.
  4. Read through the Max Body Logbook for “good food choices.”
  5. Get your clothes ready for the week (Seriously. It’s much easier to get out of bed if you’re clothes are already pulled and ready to go)
  6. Be sure to get at least 7 hours of sleep tonight (and every night). Getting enough rest is essential for making it through this program.
